Must Have
High school diploma or GED, Experience in property management maintenance, Experience in other building maintenance, Skilled in safe use of tools, Knowledgeable in maintenance equipment, Proficiency in customer service, Proficiency in interpersonal communication, Ability to read and write effectively, Proficiency in internet programs, Proficiency in word processing programs, Proficiency in spreadsheet programs, Proficiency in database programs, Mathematical skills for calculations, Valid driver's license

Property management system experience preferred
What You'll Do.
Assist with work orders
Oversee make-ready process
Complete maintenance tasks
Inspect completed work
Develop cleanliness standards
Inspect work performed by others
Develop corrective action plans
Inspect contractor work
Maintain spare parts inventory
Order supplies and tools
Complete preventative maintenance
Assist in budget development
Support cost-cutting programs
Conduct safety meetings
Ensure MSDS sheets are current
Stay up to date on safety laws
Demonstrate customer service skills
Treat residents with respect
Answer team questions
Answer resident questions
Respond to maintenance complaints
Complete assigned work orders
