Must Have
High school diploma or GED, Experience in property management maintenance, Knowledge of hand tools, Proficiency in customer service, Ability to read and write, Proficiency in internet programs, Proficiency in word processing programs, Proficiency in spreadsheet programs, Proficiency in database management programs, Mathematical skills

Property management system experience preferred
What You'll Do.
Oversee and perform technical work
Oversee and perform mechanical work
Ensure buildings meet standards
Oversee make-ready process
Prepare vacant apartments
Inspect work performed by others
Inspect work performed by contractors
Maintain inventory of spare parts
Maintain inventory of maintenance materials
Order supplies and tools
Complete preventative maintenance procedures
Assist in budget development
Support cost-cutting programs
Conduct safety meetings
Ensure MSDS sheets are current
Keep up to date on safety laws
Demonstrate customer service skills
Treat residents with respect
Respond to complaints
Assign work orders with efficiency
