What You'll Achieve.
Ensure community meets company standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality; Prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing and new move-ins; Ensure community grounds, amenities, and common areas reflect high quality; Ensure community compliance with OSHA and other safety related laws

Incumbents must provide own hand tools, Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods, Ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas, Ability to work inside and outside in all weather conditions, Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty-five (25) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance, Local, routine travel may be required, Ability to work a flexible work schedule, which includes taking “call” during evenings, weekends, and holidays
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training, Experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance, or related trade, Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, user-moved aids, mechanical equipment and measuring devices, Ability to apply principles of logical thinking to define and correct problems, Proficiency in customer service and interpersonal communication skills, Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively, Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs, Mathematical skills necessary to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers, decimals, and fractions

What You'll Do.
Oversee and perform technical and mechanical work
amenities meet standards
Assist and complete work orders for residents
Complete make-ready process for vacant apartments
Develop standards for cleanliness and appearance
Inspect work performed by others
Maintain adequate inventory of spare parts
Complete monthly preventative maintenance procedures
Support cost-cutting and expense control programs
Conduct safety meetings
Demonstrate customer service skills
