Perform technical and mechanical work
Complete work orders for residents
Diagnose and make repairs
Oversee make-ready process
Prepare vacant apartments for leasing
Inspect pre-move-out units
Create maintenance punch lists
Schedule vendors and contractors
Obtain maintenance supplies
Complete all maintenance tasks
Inspect completed maintenance work
Develop cleanliness standards
Inspect grounds and common areas
Inspect work performed by team members
Develop corrective action plans
Inspect work performed by contractors
Verify contractor work quality
Maintain spare parts inventory
Order maintenance supplies and tools
Complete monthly preventative maintenance
