High school diploma, GED, or related experience, Experience in property management maintenance, Experience in other building maintenance, Experience in related trade, Knowledge of hot water repair and maintenance, Basic carpentry knowledge, Knowledgeable and skilled in safe use and maintenance of hand tools, Knowledgeable and skilled in safe use and maintenance of power tools, Knowledgeable and skilled in safe use and maintenance of mechanical equipment, Proficient in MS Office Suite, Ability to work inside and outside in all weather conditions, Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty-five (25) pounds independently, Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to fifty (50) pounds with assistance, Ability to work a flexible work schedule, Ability to take call during evenings, Ability to take call during weekends, Ability to take call during holidays

What You'll Do.
Oversee and perform technical and mechanical work
