Must Have
High school diploma or GED, Property management maintenance experience, Building maintenance experience, Related trade experience, Knowledge of safe tool use, Ability to apply logical thinking, Proficiency in customer service, Proficiency in interpersonal communication, Ability to read and write, Ability to communicate effectively, Proficiency in internet programs, Proficiency in word processing programs, Proficiency in spreadsheet programs, Proficiency in database management programs, Mathematical skills

What You'll Do.
Assist and complete work orders
Diagnose source of defect or problem
Oversee make-ready process
Prepare vacant apartment homes
Complete pre-move-out inspection
Schedule vendors and contractors
Obtain needed supplies and materials
Complete all maintenance tasks
Inspect completed work
Develop standards for cleanliness
Develop standards for appearance
Inspect work performed by team members
Assess effectiveness of policies
Develop corrective action plans
Inspect work performed by contractors

Maintain adequate inventory of spare parts
Maintain adequate inventory of maintenance materials
Order supplies and tools
Complete monthly preventative maintenance procedures
Assist in developing budget
Support cost-cutting programs
Support expense control programs
Fix rather than replace parts
