Must Have
5+ years’ working experience in facility maintenance, Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing and carpentry required
What You'll Do.
oversee the maintenance of the facility
oversee the maintenance of the equipment within
coordinate with maintenance technicians
coordinate with 3rd party contractors
keep operations at full capacity
oversee and coordinate the routine maintenance and repair of the facility
review and keep up maintenance plans
provide necessary updates to maintenance plans
provide additional maintenance plans when needed
coordinate maintenance technician schedules
ensure equipment is operational
ensure equipment is not impacting operational efficiency
coordinate maintenance and repair activities with production supervisor team and production manager
communicate with management team and other supervisors when repair and maintenance are being evaluated and completed
coordinate with 3rd party contractors scheduling
identify and recommend improvements in the maintenance and repair processes and tools used
develop/maintain relationships and pricing agreements with vendors
manage existing expectations with vendors
inspect buildings and other structures to determine functional systems
inspect buildings and other structures to detect malfunctions and needed repair
making notes and recommendations using a pre‐established check sheet
performs minor electrical maintenance
performs minor plumbing maintenance
performs minor painting
carpentry and masonry work
and remounts modular offices and space
prepares the surfaces and paints various structures and equipment
and varnishes to preserve wood and metal parts from corrosion
comfortable working environment
