About this role: The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating all phases of physical maintenance for a multi-family property. Responsibilities include general maintenance, supervision of maintenance staff (if applicable), prioritizing work schedules, expense control, adherence to preventive maintenance programs, and compliance with state and federal safety programs. Hourly pay range: $33.00 - $35.00 DOE What you’ll do - Includes but are not limited to: General Maintenance Duties: Oversee all aspects of property maintenance, including preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance. Prepare or assist in preparing market-ready apartments (painting, carpet cleaning, repairs, housekeeping) within 3-5 days of vacancy. Perform preventive maintenance tasks and maintain detailed records. Ensure accurate inventory control of tools, equipment, and supplies.
