What You'll Do.
Oversee all aspects of property maintenance
and emergency maintenance.
Prepare or assist in preparing market-ready apartments (painting
housekeeping) within 3-5 days of vacancy.
Perform preventive maintenance tasks and maintain detailed records.
Ensure accurate inventory control of tools
Use and enforce the use of personal protective equipment (back belts
Conduct apartment move-in and move-out inspections as directed by site management.

Adhere to monthly preventive maintenance directives for lighting
Maintain familiarity with and post maps of utility shutoffs and sewer ensure staff is trained accordingly.
Control expenses and seek approval from the Community Manager for expenditures.

Comply with injury and illness prevention policies
including maintaining Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).

Responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate submission of time sheets for their team.
Supervise maintenance staff in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws.
