5+ years Maintenance Technician experience, Certified Pool Operators License, Type II EPA Refrigerant Certification, Special Boiler’s License, Respond to emergency calls within 30 minutes
Nice to Have
1-2 years maintenance supervisor experience, 1-2 years leadership experience

JOB SUMMARY The Maintenance Supervisor works directly with onsite Maintenance Technicians to ensure that all work is completed accurately and in a timely matter. The Maintenance Supervisor should be capable of completing all job functions but may also assign work duties to Maintenance Technicians or Groundskeepers, as appropriate. This position requires a Pool Operator’s certification and EPA Certification. A boiler’s license may also be required depending on the site and on-call site(s) boiler requirements. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES Manage and develop the maintenance and grounds team assigned to site. Make sure all are fully trained on the responsibilities of their job.
