Hospitals, hotels, schools, bridges, airports and more.** **Come build a career you believe in.** **About the Role** As a **3rd Shift Maintenance Supervisor** at **Wheatland Tube** , a division of **Zekelman Industries** , you will oversee the maintenance team and ensure the reliability, efficiency, and safety of all plant equipment. Reporting to the Department Manager, this hands-on role is responsible for coordinating preventive maintenance programs, troubleshooting machinery issues, and leading a team of skilled maintenance technicians to support safe and efficient plant operations. This role is onsite and located in Rochelle, IL. **What You’ll Do** * Supervise, train, and mentor maintenance technicians to ensure efficient daily operations. * Oversee and participate in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining plant machinery, including mills, welders, cutting systems, and material handling equipment. * Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and improve equipment longevity. * Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance, ensuring OSHA and Company policies are followed. * Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and production disruptions, coordinating emergency repairs as needed. * Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement of necessary components. * Identify and implement improvements to enhance reliability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of maintenance processes. * Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipme
