What You'll Achieve.
Achieve continuous improvement in performance levels; Support production output; Ensure a safe environment is maintained; Ensure all plant safety rules are followed
Industry & Context.
Troubleshoot machinery and process systems in the event of breakdowns; Ability to troubleshoot and analyze mechanical/electrical/process control system functions, in order to determine the most efficient method of resolving malfunctions; Ability to evaluate production processes, in order to determine the most efficient method of accomplishing operational goals
Ability to work flexible hours, primarily 1st shift hours, Weekends will be as needed
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5-8 years of experience in the field of industrial Dairy, Food, and/or Beverage industry experience and supervision experience required, Working knowledge of refrigeration, PLCs, HMI’s, electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics and packaging equipment, Programming experience, required, Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Ability to troubleshoot and analyze mechanical/electrical/process control system functions, Ability to lead, coach and train the Maintenance team, Ability to evaluate production processes
Nice to Have
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field, Knowledge of Allen-Bradley components, Knowledge of Bosch equipment, MP2 and SAP helpful
