Ability to work flexible hours, primarily 1st shift hours, Weekends will be as needed
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5-8 years of experience in the field of industrial Dairy, Food, and/or Beverage industry experience, Supervision experience required, Programming experience, required
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field, Knowledge of Allen-Bradley components, Knowledge of Bosch equipment
What You'll Do.
Supervise day-to-day maintenance functions and personnel
Schedule labor to meet plant and equipment requirements
Assign responsibilities and tasks
Provide support by troubleshooting
Provide support by preventative maintenance
Provide support by training
Share information with other maintenance personnel
Participate with Operations in plant improvement initiatives

Evaluate Maintenance personnel skills and abilities
Establish training program for development
Coach and develop maintenance employees
Advise on equipment issues and impact on production
Ensure utilities are in proper working order
Coordinate downtime windows for PM and repair work
Maintain current technical documentation
Monitor costs relative to maintenance operation
Monitor work area for safety
Assist Maintenance Manager in accomplishing department goals

Actively participate with Operations in plant improvement initiatives; Share information with other maintenance personnel; Advise the Maintenance Manager, Plant Manager, Department Managers and Supervisors; Coordinate with production supervision downtime windows; Promote and drive department goals with all members

Job Description/Job Posting **How You Will Make Contributions That Matter....** * Supervision of the day-to-day maintenance functions and personnel, including scheduling of labor to meet plant and equipment requirements, and assigning responsibilities and tasks. * Provide support by troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, training, and sharing of information with other maintenance personnel. * Actively participate with Operations in plant improvement initiatives. Ensure all mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic and structural repair and improvements are performed to industry and Saputo standards. * Evaluate Maintenance personnel skills and abilities and establish a training program for development within the Department. Coach and develop maintenance employees to achieve continuous improvement in performance levels. * Advise the Maintenance Manager, Plant Manager, Department Managers and Supervisors on equipment issues and their impact on production output. * Ensure that all utilities (i.e. refrigeration, electrical, steam, compressed air systems, etc.) are in proper working order to support production.
