What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance activities, At least 5 years of experience in operational maintenance within Oil & Gas facilities, experience in industrial maintenance operations, Fluent English required
Nice to Have
Italian would be considered a advantage
What You'll Do.
Coordinate and supervise site maintenance activities
Define maintenance priorities in coordination with operational teams
Monitor critical parameters of static and rotating equipment (vibrations
Support the implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
Optimize short- and long-term maintenance plans
Ensure compliance with site maintenance procedures and policies
Liaise with inspection teams to optimize equipment shutdown periods
Ensure availability of spare parts and consumables
Analyze breakdowns and production shortfalls
Contribute to maintenance budgeting activities
Evaluate maintenance contractors’ performance and ensure HSE compliance
Monitor and report maintenance KPIs
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Define maintenance priorities in coordination with operational teams; Liaise with inspection teams; Participate in daily PTW meetings and regular maintenance meetings; Evaluate maintenance contractors’ performance
Communication Scope
Fluent English required; Italian would be considered a advantage
