What You'll Do.
Provide administrative support
Ensure parts availability
Maintain fleet records
Input fleet information daily
Act as vendor point of contact
and ensure payment for goods
Prepare truck purchase orders
Process transactions using ePro
Review purchase orders with accounting
Ensure accuracy of invoice payments
Produce productivity and usage reports
Follow safety policies
Participate in safety goals
Reconcile financial data
Support Fleet Manager with analysis
Analyze fleet operations reports
Identify trends and outliers
Correct data mistakes
Escalate errors to management
Assist with parts organization
Assist with inventory
Perform other job-related duties
