Novartis is unable to offer relocation support: please only apply if accessible. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and support execution of corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance and calibration activities across production equipment. * Perform and coordinate maintenance and repair of manufacturing and laboratory equipment in a regulated environment. * Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and control system issues with minimal supervision. * Interpret process and instrumentation diagrams, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications to plan maintenance activities. * Support startup, commissioning, and transition to full 24x7 site-based operations. * Ensure ongoing maintenance support for continuous 24x7 manufacturing operations following site startup. * Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards during all maintenance activities. * Complete detailed work orders and maintain accurate documentation within computerized maintenance management systems. * Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance technicians and support skill development acro
