5+ years’ experience in data centres, facilities, engineering operations, trades or related industries, knowledge of maintenance planning, RCA reporting, switching procedures and operational documentation, Experience managing third-party service providers and contractor performance, Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative and customer-focused approach

As a Maintenance Services Manager (MSM), you’ll play a critical role in delivering reliable, world-class operations within our hyperscale data centres. Reporting to the Senior Technical Service Manager, you’ll lead site technicians and vendor partners to ensure safe, efficient operations and 100% uptime for our customers.
