Must Have
5 years as a maintenance mechanic or electrical technician or 2 years as a maintenance supervisor, Experience in an industrial manufacturing or military environment

5+ years as a technician or 3+ years as a supervisor
What You'll Do.
Own and streamline maintenance planning and scheduling
Prioritize non-emergency / non-urgent work
Level load preventative and predictive maintenance activities
Organize maintenance work orders
or modify work procedures
Maintain documentation for administrative and quality purposes
Maintain on-time delivery of maintenance plan
Create work details for repetitive preventive and predictive work
Develop and maintain PM/PdM/overhaul/replacement strategy
Set daily and weekly schedules for internal maintenance staff
Adjust schedules as priorities arise
Re-schedule work not completed
Communicate schedules via leading weekly meetings
Plan corrective maintenance work
Stage parts and tools for specific jobs
Communicate outage plan
Identify critical path job(s)
Lead multiple meetings prior to outage
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Coordination with the Maintenance team, Engineering, Operations, Stores, and Procurement; Communication of the outage plan must also include identification of a critical path job(s), daily outage update strategy/format, and leading multiple meetings prior to the outage to ensure everyone (maintenance, engineering, operations, contractors, etc.) is aware of the timeline.
