What You'll Do.
Manage assigned turnover service requests from end-to-end
Provide exceptional customer service
Manage all electronic record keeping
Ensure non-covered items are completed
Coordinate inter-departmentally for approvals
Provide updates to Property Management teams
Serve as a resource for Property Management teams
Additional tasks as assigned
