Keep community grounds and buildings clean
Assist with basic repairs
Assist with general maintenance duties
tidy and sanitary clubhouse

tidy and sanitary hallways
Maintain all other common areas
Ensure property is free of trash
Ensure property is free of debris
Ensure property is free of animal waste
Ensure grass and landscaping are well maintained
Participate in Redstone training
