What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in maintenance planning or work management within pipeline, midstream, refining, or industrial operations, Trade certificate, technical diploma, or engineering degree (or related technical discipline), understanding of pipeline and/or fixed‑plant mechanical asset classes, with experience planning and sequencing work in regulated, safety‑critical environments, including labor estimation and execution planning, Experience supporting integrity programs, regulatory maintenance, and Management of Change (MOC) activities, working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Familiarity with contractor coordination, service provider qualification, and execution support
Nice to Have
experience with Fieldglass is considered an asset
What You'll Do.
converting approved work into fully planned
executable work packages that enable safe
and efficient field execution across geographically dispersed assets
Develop detailed maintenance plans for P2 to P5 (Per CMPT) corrective
and regulatory work across pipeline and terminal assets
and contractor requirements
Ensure work packages are fully planned and executable before release to scheduling
Plan and manage work orders using SAP S/4HANA
ensuring data accuracy and consistency
Identify and coordinate material and service provider requirements to support execution readiness
Visit work sites as required to understand task‑level risks and develop safe execution work packages
Develop and maintain and continuously improve job plans and task lists
through analysis of previous work order history
soliciting planning feedback
performing workplace observations
plan In‑line inspections (ILI)
and other pipeline maintenance activities as required

This role is responsible for converting approved work into fully planned, executable work packages that enable safe, reliable, and efficient field execution across geographically dispersed assets. The role partners closely with Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, Integrity, Maintenance Engineering, and Supply Chain to reduce execution risk, improve schedule credibility, and ensure work is fully ready prior to field execution. **Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000 Annually** Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law.
