High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of aviation propulsion maintenance and 145 repair stations with FAA Airframe & Power Plant License, Associates degree with 4+ years of aviation propulsion maintenance and 145 repair stations with FAA Airframe & Power Plant License, Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of aviation propulsion maintenance and 145 repair stations with FAA Airframe & Power Plant License, US Citizen or U. S. Permanent Resident, FAA designated safety-sensitive position
Nice to Have
Experience with hangar operations management, SAP experience, Aviation engine maintenance experience, Flatirons and pinpoint experience, Greenbelt, Risk Management
What You'll Do.
Lead the planning process to deliver work scopes
Prepare and issue job quotes
Gather information for invoicing
Coordinate between Operations
Provide customer and service organization updates
Prepare and review daily/weekly reports
Identify required tooling and parts
Ensure compliance with customs and export regulations

Team & Collaboration
Interface with internal and external customers; Coordination between Operations, Quality and Purchasing; Provide the customer and the service organization with updates
Communication Scope
Interface with customers; Provide the customer and the service organization with updates
Process & Methodology
Schedule manpower by skill proficiency, Resource planning in accordance with RR HSE policies
