What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Associate degree in technical field, 5 years maintenance planning experience, 5 years supervision experience, 5 years hands-on industrial maintenance experience, Plan, prioritize, coordinate maintenance work, Safety mindset, Working knowledge of EHS requirements, Support or manage PM programs, Demonstrated ownership and accountability, Ability to drive maintenance improvements, Effective communicator, Ability to collaborate across teams, Ability to influence execution, Proficient in Microsoft Office
Nice to Have
Experience using SAP, Experience using CMMS, Chemical manufacturing background, Process manufacturing background, Familiarity with Mechanical Integrity standards, Experience supporting MOC processes, Knowledge of Lean, Knowledge of Six Sigma, Green Belt preferred, Proven track record improving maintenance planning, Proven track record improving execution performance, Proven track record improving backlog health

Collaborate with Operations

Collaborate with vendors
Drive communication for safe execution
Drive communication for efficient execution
Improve PM effectiveness
Incorporate field learnings into PMs
Support Mechanical Integrity initiatives
Support MOC initiatives
Support site reliability initiatives
Participate in continuous improvement efforts
Ensure planned work complies with EHS standards
