Locatie: Purmerend Dienstverband: Fulltime (39 uur per week) Salaris: € 3.000,- tot € 4.000,- bruto per maand (afhankelijk van jouw niveau) Wat ga je doen? Binnen onze vestiging in Purmerend ben jij het organisatorische brein achter de preventieve planning. Je werkt in een hechte driehoek met de Operations Manager en de Technical Coordinator. Terwijl de Technical Coordinator de ad-hoc storingen en acute reparaties opvangt, zorg jíj voor de logische langetermijnplanning van de periodieke onderhoudscycli en wettelijke inspecties. Jouw doel? Zorgen dat onze servicemonteurs met een vlekkeloze voorbereiding op pad gaan. * Puzzelen met capaciteit: Je vertaalt onderhoudscontracten naar een logische, efficiënte planning voor de monteurs, waarbij je reistijden en klantwensen optimaal op elkaar afstemt. * Schakelen in de driehoek: Je stemt de dagelijkse capaciteit af met je collega’s op kantoor, zodat gepland werk en spoedklussen elkaar niet in de weg zitten. * Klant- en relatiebeheer: Je stemt planningen proactief af met industriële klanten, bevestigt afspraken schriftelijk en bouwt aan een vertrouwensband. * Systeembeheer: Je verwerkt data, planningen en service requests nauwkeurig in onze systemen (Siebel/SAP). ## Qualifications Welke skills brengen jou succes in deze rol?
