Develop and maintain the rolling stock maintenance schedule to ensure compliance with regulatory and operational standards.

Coordinate maintenance activities with relevant stakeholders

including engineering

safety teams and external contractors

Monitor and analyse fleet performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.

Ensure accurate documentation of maintenance activities and compliance with maintenance protocols.

Assist in developing maintenance budgets and optimising resource allocation.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance fleet reliability and efficiency.

Participate in audits and inspections as required.

Perform Payroll activities for the direct staff in Maintenance

Create Rosters for the team to ensure preventive and corrective maintenance needs are optimised

Manage Asset and gauge calibrations

Manage subcontractors e. g. bogie and wheelset overhauls

**Be a part of sharing special places and shaping lasting memories with Australia’s leading experiential tourism business.** We are seeking a detail orientated and motivated Rolling Stock Maintenance Planner to join our team. **Opportunity:** As a Rolling Stock Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating all maintenance planning activities for our rolling stock fleet.
