Eligibility Requirements

Physical Demands: walk, use fingers and hands to handle or reach, stoop, talk, bending at waist, stand on hard surfaces for long periods, climb or balance, close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, adjust and focus, Lift and move materials and equipment weighing up to 90 pounds and heavier weights with the use of proper equipment and assistance, Subject to fluctuating temperatures within in the work facility, as impacted by the weather, Work Environment: non-air-conditioned work environment, exposed to dust, odors, oil, fumes and noise, work near powered industrial trucks, equipment and near moving mechanical parts, wear personal protective equipment as directed and adhere to all facility environmental, safety and health rules and requirements, Must be at least 18 years of age to apply

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5+ years of experience in maintenance planning, scheduling and technical operations, Knowledgeable in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CMMS, Electrical/Mechanical aptitude, Effective communication and people management skills

Nice to Have

Associates Degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) experience a plus, but not a requirement

What You'll Do.

improving the maintenance work force productivity and quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning

and coordination of maintenance resources

Prepare reports for management

Tracks and monitors cost and identify variance to budgeted plans

Comprehensive planning including but not limited to: Researching

Estimating material and labor (internal and external) job requirements

Developing task instructions

Identifying tool and equipment requirements

Developing job material list

PM and Standard Job Plan Development

MRO Supply Chain Coordination

Stock management including determining items to stock and QOH

Creation of purchase requisitions for planned work

Creation of stock reservations for planned work

Pick Ticket creation for planned work

Assist Storeroom function in the kitting and staging of job material requirements

Coordinating with operations

maintenance personnel and maintenance management

Manage rebuilding parts program

Manage reporting metrics including PM analysis

and labor utilization analysis

Active participation in maintenance and repair budget forecasting and budget tracking

Maintain a solid understanding of customer expectations and deliverables with an awareness of the impact of failure/cost of poor quality

Supervise the work order system designed to establish priority and control over maintenance request from plant personnel

Ensures that work order requests are completed by the assigned deadline

Participate with reliability teams on improvement projects particularly associated with Proactive Maintenance Plans (PM/PdM)

Utilize maintenance strategies to eliminate failures
