What You'll Do.
Act as point of contact for Manufacturing
Ensure clear scope definition
Plan maintenance and calibration work
Distribute work orders
Reserve maintenance windows in production planning
Lead shutdown planning activities
Organize work permits
Maintain contact with 70+ external parties
Request quotes and support financial settlement
Build sustainable relationships
Ensure clear communication and agreements
Assess reports and initiate follow-up actions
Prepare work with documentation
Order materials and spare parts
Check materials and spare parts upon receipt
Read and understand technical reports
Translate findings into concrete actions
Process all work accurately in SAP
Archive associated documentation
Ensure dossiers are complete
Participate in improvement actions
Participate in quality activities
Participate in change assessments

Dan zij wij op zoek naar jou. **Waarom om deze rol?** Met de geplande uitbreidingen en groei van onze site is het tijd om de plannersfunctie verder te professionaliseren en centraal te beleggen. Als Maintenance Planner ben jij het aanspreekpunt en de regisseur van alle onderhoudsactiviteiten. Jij brengt structuur, bewaakt het overzicht en zorgt dat werkzaamheden tijdig, veilig en volgens afspraak worden uitgevoerd. **Wat ga je doen?** **Centrale spil & single point of contact** • Je fungeert als het aanspreektpunt voor Manufacturing, ons lab en externe contractors. • Je zorgt voor duidelijke scopebepaling, prioriteiten en afstemming met alle stakeholders. • Je bewaakt veiligheid (SHE), kwaliteit en compliance. **Planning & coordinatie** • Je plant onderhouds-en kalibratiewerkzaamheden • Je verdeelt werkorders, bewaakt voortgang en zorgt voor tijdige opvolging. • Je reserveert onderhoudsvensters in de productieplanning en minimaliseert downtime. • Je leidt shutdown-planning activiteiten. • Je organiseert werkvergunningen, toegangsformulieren en veiligheidsmaatregelingen. **Contractor Management** • Je onderhoudt contact met 60+ externe partijen – van technisch specialisten tot gebouwinstallateurs. • Je vraagt offertes op en ondersteunt de financiële afhandeling. • Je bouwt duurzame relaties op en zorgt voor heldere communicatie en duidelijke afspraken. • Je beoordeelt rapportages en initieert vervolgacties waar nodig. **Werkvoorbereiding & technisch inzicht** • Je bereidt werkzaamheden voor met de juiste documentatie, tekeningen en beschikbare spare parts. • Je bestelt materialen en reserveonderdelen en controleert deze bij ontvangst. • Je leest en begrijpt technische rapportages en vertaalt bevindingen naar concrete acties. • Je hoeft geen monteur te zi
