What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in business or public administration, civil engineering or related field, Four years of professional experience in public works maintenance and construction or facilities management and maintenance, Two years of supervisory or administrative experience in a public works or facilities management setting, Valid driver license
Nice to Have
Experience managing day-to-day maintenance operations, Experience preparing building maintenance reports, Experience overseeing and maintaining reports for elevators and chiller maintenance, Experience overseeing, directing, and assisting with contracts, specifications, and submittal review, Experience with Maximo and Workday software programs, Experience applying Merit System Rules and departmental procedures
