The **Maintenance Operations Manager (M2)** leads production support, maintenance, and reliability activities within a highly automated Central Fill pharmacy environment. This role is accountable for maximizing equipment uptime, throughput, quality, and on‑time delivery while ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and customer service standards. Reporting to site leadership, this role manages multiple supervisory teams across **Operations, Maintenance, and IT** and partners cross‑functionally to meet business objectives and customer service‑level agreements (SLAs). Success in this role requires strong technical expertise, operational leadership, and the ability to develop high‑performing teams in a 24/7 automated environment. ## ## What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) ### Operations & Service Leadership * Lead daily production support and maintenance activities to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and cost targets * Monitor and drive improvement against key operational KPIs (uptime, throughput, OEE‑type metrics, cost per script, safety) * Partner with Operations Supervisors to align staffing, workflow execution, and performance expectations * Ensure coordinated handoffs across operations, maintenance, IT, and transportation to meet SLAs ### ### Maintenance, Reliability & Automation * Own maintenance strategy and execution for mechanical, electrical, control
