Must Have
4 to 6 years as a Maintenance Worker, Advanced hands-on knowledge/experience with building systems, Ability to independently install and maintain equipment, Ability to read and write, Respectfully communicate with patients/staff/supervisors/visitors

What You'll Do.
Perform advanced maintenance work in all trades
Perform maintenance tasks such as plastering
Perform preventative maintenance
Perform basic & advanced repairs on mechanical systems
Demonstrate competence in use of tools
Demonstrate safe use of tools
and use heavy material
Respond to fire and disaster alarms
Reset fire alarm system
Use fire-fighting equipment
Attend mandatory training programs
Clean up work area after work
Maintain work areas in clean condition
Maintain work areas in orderly condition
Maintain work areas in safe condition
Demonstrate safe use of equipment
Perform emergency duties in emergency situations
Respectfully communicate with patients/staff/supervisors/visitors
Perform other duties as assigned
