What They're Looking For.
Must Have
A high school diploma or GED required, 3+ years of progressive maintenance repair and electronic/mechanical troubleshooting, Willing to go back to school to earn degree or certification, Mechanical aptitude, Experience using a computer for data entry, Experience with using hand tools like drill, screwdriver, and soldering equipment
Nice to Have
Associate degree in Electronic Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or Mechatronics or equivalent Military training and background, 5+ years of production maintenance with electronic repair experience, Experience with Bell & Howell Inserters, Experience with Entrust (formerly DataCard), MX, & DX Embossing equipment, Experience with Xerox Cut Sheet Printers, Experience with Laser Engraving equipment
What You'll Do.

Conduct fitting and alignment of mechanical components for proper functioning
Utilize troubleshooting techniques to provide temporary and long-term fixes to minimize downtime
Diagnose and correct maintenance issues on Credit Card Personalization Equipment
and Card Affixing equipment
Analyze and interpret schematic diagrams for electronic troubleshooting
Follow a preventative maintenance schedule for production machines and electrical/electronic equipment
Ensure the completion of assigned maintenance work orders
Regularly check the progress of work throughout the facility
