If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv. **Job Title** Maintenance Mechanic Technician **What does a successful Maintenance Mechanic Technician do at Fiserv?** You will join the team at our Indianapolis, IN location and receive training on how to repair our world class Plastic Card Personalization equipment. You will perform difficult and complex technical maintenance duties. Your role will involve following a preventative maintenance schedule for our production machines and electrical/electronic equipment. Additionally, you'll need to ensure the completion of your assigned maintenance work orders and regularly check the progress of your work throughout the facility. **What you will do:** * Perform disassembly, repair, or replacement of parts and/or production equipment * Conduct fitting and alignment of mechanical components for proper functioning * Utilize troubleshooting techniques to provide temporary and long-term fixes to minimize downtime * Diagnose and correct maintenance issues on Credit Card Personalization Equipment, Mail Inserters, Cut Sheet Printers, Laser Printers, and Card Affixing equipment * Analyze and interpret schematic diagrams for electronic troubleshooting **What you will need to have:** * A high school diploma or GED required * 3+ years of progressive maintenance repair and electronic/mechanical troubleshooting * Willing to go back to school to earn degree or certification * Mechanical aptitude * Experience using a computer for data entry * Experience with using hand tools
