Compensation for our Maintenance Mechanic role is based on a Skill Block pay-for-knowledge system with starting pay @ **$35.09** per hour increasing to **$37.70** per hour following successful completion of a skills evaluation. Role is eligible for $0.85 per hour shift differential.
