What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in commercial or industrial building maintenance with a emphasis on plumbing systems, Demonstrated senior-level maintenance mechanic experience, Working knowledge of basic electrical and mechanical systems, Ability to complete background check, Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license
Nice to Have
Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, laboratory, or manufacturing facilities, Journeyman plumber license or equivalent certification, CMMS experience (Maximo, Archibus, or similar), Working knowledge of mechanical or HVAC systems
What You'll Do.

perform preventive maintenance

complete service requests

Support building systems including HVAC hydronic systems (as related to plumbing)
compressed air and utility piping systems
Respond promptly to service calls
and emergency situations
Read and interpret blueprints
and equipment manuals
and compliance documentation using a CMMS
Perform all work in accordance with SOPs
Coordinate with vendors
and other skilled trades as required

You will support domestic water, sanitary systems, pumps, fixtures, and associated mechanical equipment while contributing to overall building reliability and compliance. In addition to plumbing responsibilities, you will assist with general building maintenance including HVAC-related systems, boilers, compressors, lighting, and minor electrical work. You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to emergency calls, complete service requests, and conduct inspections to uphold a clean, safe, and controlled environment within a pharmaceutical distribution and office setting. _A hospitality mindset is essential to delivering exceptional workplace experiences.
