What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1 year of experience as a mechanic or technician, Hands-on experience with Industrial gearboxes and pumps, Experience troubleshooting, repairing, rebuilding, or maintaining rotating equipment, Ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial mechanical equipment, Experience using preventative maintenance programs and CMMS systems, mechanical troubleshooting skills, PLC familiarity and exposure
Nice to Have
2 + years of maintenance experience, industrial, electrical, and/or welding certification or license, 1 year of maintenance experience applying electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic concepts, 1 year work experience troubleshooting or programming PLCs, Electrical knowledge, high-voltage experience, Experience with Liquid transfer systems, Experience with Diaphragm pumps, Experience with Conveyers, Experience with Pump and valve maintenance, Experience with Pneumatic manufacturing
What You'll Do.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment failures
Diagnose root causes of equipment breakdowns
Implement corrective actions
and replace mechanical components
and service gearboxes
and service conveyors
Assist with electrical troubleshooting
Perform pipefitting projects
Perform equipment installation projects
Maintain HVAC systems
Maintain lighting systems
Maintain water systems
Maintain sewer systems
Maintain facility systems
Complete maintenance work orders
Document maintenance using CMMS systems
Support equipment reliability initiatives
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain a safe work environment
Maintain an organized work environment
Maintain a clean work environment
Collaborate with production teams
Collaborate with engineering teams
Collaborate with operations teams
