Nice to Have
Completion of an applicable technical training program is desirable, minimum of one (1) year of applicable working experience in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, and basic electrical., Position requires frequent climbing, bending, kneeling, lifting, and driving., Position requires excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
What You'll Do.
Maintain lighting system bulbs and ballasts
Assist the operations team in maintenance and repair
General interior maintenance – HVAC/R coil cleaning
Kitchen equipment maintenance
Minor plumbing repairs
Completes special tasks that include painting
Tenant services requests
General maintenance as assigned
Complies with all policies for the safe storage
usage and disposal of hazardous materials.
