5+ years facility maintenance experience, Experience with manufacturing and industrial systems, Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, Physical capability to operate forklifts and aerial lifts safely, Understanding of safety protocols and environmental compliance
Nice to Have
Journeyman certification desired in HVAC, Electrical, Machine Repair, or Mechanical areas, Experience with controller programs (Allen-Bradley, Fanuc, Siemens), Knowledge of MAXIMO maintenance management systems, Grobb knowledge and predictive maintenance technologies, Advanced HVAC, electrical, or mechanical certifications, Backup generators and emergency power systems knowledge, Tank farm operations and bulk fluid handling experience, Environmental compliance and reporting background

Perform maintenance and repairs on building systems

Ensure optimal performance of HVAC
Ensure optimal performance of mechanical systems
Ensure optimal performance of building automation
Troubleshoot and repair industrial HVAC equipment
Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing process equipment
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems
Maintain bulk fluid systems
Maintain oil mist collectors
Operate and maintain tank farm systems
Execute preventive/predictive maintenance programs
Complete work orders within 24 hours
Support building automation
Support power systems
Support utility piping
Service compressed air
Service backflow preventers
Calibrate gas/water meters
Ensure safety training compliance
Utilize pre-task planning
Maintain forklift/aerial lift licenses
Manage spare parts inventory
