What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10 years of equipment and building repair and maintenance experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, knowledge of repair and maintenance practices, equipment, and materials, ability to communicate effectively with equipment operators and contractors, prepare reports or correspondence as required, Proficiency with computer systems, ability to interpret mechanical and civil drawings and sketches, organizational, time management, and communication skills, Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, Successful completion of a criminal background check is required, Comfortable working in varying environmental conditions, wearing protective equipment, and performing physical tasks including heavy lifting, ladder climbing, and operating maintenance tools and equipment, flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel as required
Nice to Have
Millwright certification, experience working with a CMMS, CPR/First Aid certification, Fluency in French language skills

Assist in planning maintenance programs

Maintain documentation
