What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1+ years of related experience and/or training in an industrial mechanical maintenance or food manufacturing, Ability to operate a forklift, genie lift or scissor lift or other powered industrial trucks (PIT), Understand and follow oral and written instructions, Ability to read and execute work order, write daily reports, and translate equipment manuals
Nice to Have
Vocational Diploma, Technical Diploma or associate degree from a technical maintenance or vocational school
What You'll Do.
Maintain key machinery and systems
Perform regular checks to prevent problems
Fix breakdowns quickly to minimize downtime
Keep the plant in top shape
Handle tasks like painting
and grounds maintenance
Ensure the plant’s exterior looks good
Follow safety protocols and regulations
Conduct safety checks and ensure compliance
Respond quickly in emergencies
Help install new equipment
Take on special projects
Assist with product transport
