What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1+ years of related experience and/or training in an industrial mechanical maintenance or food manufacturing, Ability to function effectively in a team environment, Ability to operate a forklift, genie lift or scissor lift or other powered industrial trucks (PIT), Understand and follow oral and written instructions, Ability to read and execute work order, write daily reports, and translate equipment manuals
Nice to Have
Vocational Diploma, Technical Diploma or associate degree from a technical maintenance or vocational school

Complete daily preventive maintenance tasks
Maintain production lines in top mechanical condition
Diagnose and resolve problems quickly
Dismantle malfunctioning machinery
Replace or repair faulty parts
and maintain key machinery components
Repair and maintain the physical structure of the plant
Assist with overall plant maintenance tasks
