Must Have
Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of Amazon experience, Flexible schedule/shift/work area, Weekends, nights, and/or holidays
Nice to Have
4+ years of automated conveyor systems and controls experience, 4+ years of electrical and electronic principles experience, Blueprint and electrical schematic reading, CMMS software experience, Lean Manufacturing tools knowledge, Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, Ability to travel to various sites, 5+ years’ experience in distribution or manufacturing, Equivalent experience in mechanical or electrical field, Preventive maintenance procedures experience, Industrial electrical experience, Industrial controls experience, Industrial electronics experience, Industrial PC literary experience, N. E. C. experience, Develop and maintain partnership, Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally
What You'll Do.
Support the Operations team
Develop and design innovative solutions
Manage outside contractors
Be on call for emergencies
Handle multiple projects and daily activities
Manage and meet deadlines
Develop & track plans
Work with local site Safety department leadership
Implement and audit safety programs
Ensure all safety programs and procedures are followed
Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs
Maintain good working relationships with Operations leadership
Facilitate technical and safety training
Develop professional development of departmental Maintenance technicians
Mentor all Maintenance technicians
Provide guidance and direction
Develop Maintenance department business plans
Provide guidance and direction for plan implementation
Work with site Finance team
set and track budgets
Participate in efficiency improvement Kaizen activities
Develop capital spending plans
Facilitate cross-functional project planning
Perform cost analysis
Promote excellent housekeeping
Participate in weekly network Maintenance calls
Participate in periodic Maintenance Manager conferences
Provide associates with written performance appraisals
Provide discipline and up to termination
