**Operations & Maintenance Management** * Monitor the operation, maintenance, and performance of solar power plants. * Plan, schedule, and supervise **preventive maintenance (PM), corrective maintenance (CM), and module cleaning activities**. * Ensure plant availability, performance ratio, and compliance with contractual KPIs. * Investigate operational issues, analyse root causes, and propose/implement corrective actions. **Team & Contractor Management** * Assign tasks and supervise maintenance engineers and technicians. * Inspect, review, and approve works performed by internal teams, EPCs, and subcontractors. * Ensure compliance with** internal safety rules**, site safety procedures, and applicable regulations. * Identify, evaluate, and qualify new EPCs and maintenance subcontractors when required. **Spare Parts & Asset Control** * Manage spare parts, tools, and equipment procurement. * Maintain an accurate spare parts inventory and ensure the availability of critical components. * Monitor usage, stock levels, and replacement planning. **Budget & Cost Control** * Prepare, analyse, and track maintenance budgets for assigned sites. * Monitor maintenance costs and optimise expenses without impacting availability or safety. * Record and justify all additional expenses incurred during maintenance or corrective works. **Reporting & Continuous Improvement** * Maintain maintenance records, reports, and technical documentation. * Provide regular performance and maintenance reports to management. * Propose and implement continuous improvement actions to optimise plant reliability, safety, and cost efficiency.
