This position requires strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills, offering the opportunity to drive efficiency improvements and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. You will collaborate closely with the Plant Manager, maintenance staff, and operations team to ensure optimal functionality of all plant equipment and facilities.
