What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Previous experience in a management role, Demonstrated high level of competence and technical experience in general resort property and grounds maintenance and repairs (including electrical, plumbing installations, building and pool maintenance), Current First Aid certificate, comprehensive understanding of basic Occupational Health & Safety principles, chemical handling, Results orientated, time management and organisational skills, ability to multitask, use initiative, Effective negotiation and problem solving skills, Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships, Ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and school and public holiday periods, Ability to maintain accurate filing of all maintenance and service records, preparation of monthly reports, Current drivers licence
Nice to Have
Experience in Strata property management properties, holiday letting pools, caretaking agreements, Hotel/Resort refurbishment, Trade qualification
What You'll Do.
Overseeing day to day operation of Maintenance department
Co-ordinating day to day operation of Maintenance department
Completing day to day operation of Maintenance department
Maintain high standard with all areas of unit repairs
Maintain high standard with external property maintenance
Maintain high standard with resort common area maintenance
Maintain up to date records of all repairs
Maintain up to date records of maintenance contracts
Maintain up to date records of inventories
Maintain up to date records of fire safety records
Maintain associated department related paperwork
