What They're Looking For.
Must Have
solid background in vehicle maintenance, experience from transport, logistics or automotive sectors, prior involvement in maintenance management, valid driving license with at least 12 months of driving experience
Nice to Have
ideally with light commercial vehicles (LCV)
What You'll Do.
ensuring top-quality vehicle maintenance services
lead a dedicated team responsible for accurately documenting and managing all mechanical and bodywork damages
ensuring professional and timely follow-up with customers
coordination with breakdown partners
and internal teams to uphold compliance and customer satisfaction
motivate and allocate daily work within your maintenance team
manage relationships with breakdown partners and monitor service level agreements
approve complex vehicle repairs within defined financial limits
oversee supplier performance to ensure quality and efficiency
ensure compliance with MOT and safety check requirements across depots
serve as a working supervisor handling escalated repair jobs and provide cover for coordinator absences
