What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2 years of experience in maintenance, Valid driver's license, Knowledge of maintenance and housekeeping practices, Knowledge of building systems, Hands-on experience with general maintenance, Ability to operate power and handheld tools, Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Proficiency in Facility Management software, Ability to perform physical work
