Post-secondary education or technical training in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance, or equivalent experience, Minimum 5–7 years of experience in maintenance management in a manufacturing or industrial environment, knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance systems, machinery, and facility infrastructure, Experience managing maintenance staff and coordinating contractors, Proficiency in maintenance management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office, Understanding of safety regulations, trade standards, and best practices in maintenance operations
