Must Have
Post-secondary education or technical training in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance, or equivalent experience, Minimum 5–7 years of experience in maintenance management in a manufacturing or industrial environment, knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance systems, machinery, and facility infrastructure, Experience managing maintenance staff and coordinating contractors, Proficiency in maintenance management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office, Understanding of safety regulations, trade standards, and best practices in maintenance operations

Manages and schedules the repair and maintenance of company facilities

Supervises employees engaged in plant and machine maintenance
alteration and repair work
Provides continuous technical direction to maintenance and tooling staff and provides support for the manufacturing process

Supervise maintenance employees
including technicians and apprentices
