3 years hands-on repair experience, 1-2 years supervisory responsibility, Valid driver's license, Dependable transportation, Type II or Universal refrigeration certification, Lifting up to 50 lbs, Pushing/pulling 300 lbs on wheels, Climbing 40-ft ladders, Extended bending, kneeling, tool-based tasks, Move heavy appliances and equipment, Handles structural and specialty repairs
Nice to Have
Apartment maintenance experience preferred, Ability to obtain refrigeration certification within 90 days
