Responsibilities * Oversees daily maintenance operations by completing and prioritizing work orders, managing emergency repairs, preparing vacant units, and performing preventative maintenance. * Maintains property functionality through organized shop management, inventory control, amenity‑area upkeep, and routine inspections across life‑safety systems, pools, elevators, and lighting. * Leads and supports maintenance staff by delegating service requests, evaluating technicians and groundskeepers, and assisting with property rehabilitation and QA inspections. * Coordinates contractor work by selecting vendors, monitoring performance, and ensuring projects meet quality and budget expectations. * Delivers strong resident service through professional communication, timely issue resolution, and support for community events and resident needs. * Handles supplemental property tasks including light cleaning when needed, distributing resident communications, and maintaining clean, orderly amenity and common areas. ## Qualifications Requirements: * Brings strong maintenance background with 3 years of hands‑on repair experience (apartment maintenance preferred) and 1–2 years of supervisory responsibility, supported by solid troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills. * Meets certification and licensing needs including a valid driver’s lice
