What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 3 years’ leadership experience within a manufacturing environment, 5+ years of maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment, Microsoft Office and CMMS experience and proficiency
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s Degree focus in Engineering or related technical field
What You'll Do.
Assures the safe execution of all maintenance and utility activities
Maintains facility and assets to meet regulatory guidelines
Optimizes costs through effective budget planning and management
Optimizes the Availability and safe operation of production assets
Coordinates major maintenance and project requirements
Trains maintenance staff on effective maintenance practices
Sets and evaluates departmental goals and objectives
Conducts special studies to improve departmental services
Provides direction to the operation and maintenance of the Utilities
Shares Best Maintenance Practices with other professionals
Ensure parts availability in the MRO stockroom
Assist with evaluating reliability
production and packaging needs
Oversee and lead the implementation of the Quality Risk Management Process
Partner with business leaders on implementation of equipment and manufacturing reliability
Manage and evaluate the Maintenance staff
